How do I shop at Ruby Koopa?

We have tried to make it as easy as possible to get your hands on the goodies we stock.

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. We currently only ship within Australia.

To place an order, simply locate your ‘need to have’ items and add them to your shopping cart.  If you're having trouble finding something in particular, contact us or try the 'Search Site' function found at the bottom of the page.  

Every time you add an item you will be taken to your shopping cart, but if for any reason you are not there and need to get there in a hurry you can lick on 'View Cart' found at the bottom of the page.  Once in your cart you will be prompted to enter your postcode to calculate accurate postage charges. 

After clicking 'Checkout', you will be prompted to log in to your account. If you do not have an account it is very easy to setup and doesn't take long at all! It will streamline your future purchases from us and allows you to review your orders. We only collect information we need to get the goods from our place to yours.  Don't forget to logout (down the bottom of the page) once you've finished to protect your account.

Please make sure your contact details are correct, and that they are..well..contactable! Just in case we need to get in touch about your order.  We will otherwise leave you alone, and hope you will come back to visit us soon.  We'd love to be friends, but it's your choice - you can choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list or tell us to remove your contact details at any time.

We have put in the hard yards to ensure we give you the most accurate, up-to-date information in our product descriptions so you can be confident of what is going to turn up, but sometimes it just isn't right. Except where required by law, any items that need to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unopened and in sale-able condition – so please check carefully before removing any packaging.  You need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return or exchange, and your return must be received by us within 7 days of your notification.  Make sure you include your packing slip/copy of your order and a note so we know who has returned it. 

Return postage is at your cost, and for your peace of mind we recommend using a trackable service. Any items that you choose to send untraceable and uninsured that are not received by us are deemed unsent by you.  Refunds are only granted in the same manner as original payment on the amount paid for goods only.  We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the above conditions are not met. 

What payment methods can I use?

The quickest way to pay is using your credit card via PayPal.  You will be redirected to the PayPal site if you choose this payment option.  You will still be able to make a payment and do not need to create a PayPal account if you don’t already have one.  Because we use PayPal to process credit card payments, we do not see your financial details. We also accept direct deposits, personal/bank cheques and Australia Post money orders. Direct deposit details will be displayed if you choose this option at checkout. 

Please print a copy of your completed order and include it with your personal/bank cheque or money order made payable to Ruby Koopa.  These can be sent to:

Please note that all payments must be cleared before your order is processed and despatched, and we reserve the right to cancel orders that are not fully paid within 7 days if we don't hear from you.

Please contact us if you wish to make alternative/offline payment arrangements and we will do our best to assist you.

How does my order get delivered?

We know what it’s like to wait for exciting new purchases to arrive, so we try to get your goodies out to you as soon as possible.  Your order will usually be processed and despatched within 2 business days of receiving it.  If there are any changes to your order please email us within 24 hours, as we will not be able to change or cancel your order if it has already been processed and/or sent.

We currently only ship within Australia. 

For your protection, we send our parcels using Registered Australia Post which requires a signature on delivery.  For this reason you may wish to specify a work address or similar, where someone will be present to receive your order.  Please ensure correct addressing including any building level/unit numbers.  

Please allow 3-10 business days for your parcel to arrive.  We cannot guarantee nor take responsibility for delivery times, so please make sure any gifts are ordered with plenty of time to spare to avoid disappointment.

Express post (unregistered) is available – details are provided at shopping cart. Please note that delivery may be delayed if payment is made by methods other than credit card.  Delivery service is limited to the Australia Post Express Post network and subject to their terms and conditions.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost parcels, but we will do our best to help you track them down.  Please be aware that a redirection fee may be charged if your order is returned to us due to incorrect addressing.

We most certainly can! We love to give gifts and would be honoured to help you choose the perfect combination from our collection.
